The Services run on hardened, industry-leading cloud infrastructure with network isolation, firewalls and continuous patching. Production environments are logically separated from development and testing.
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256. Encryption keys are managed through a dedicated key-management service with restricted access.
We enforce role-based access control, least-privilege principles and multi-factor authentication for internal systems. Access to customer environments is logged and reviewed.

Customer data is stored in defined regions per your agreement. We perform regular automated backups with tested restore procedures and documented recovery objectives.
We continuously monitor for anomalies and operate a documented incident-response process. In the event of a security incident affecting your data, we notify affected customers in line with our contractual and legal obligations.
We welcome reports from security researchers. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please email us and allow us reasonable time to investigate and remediate before public disclosure.
